About Us:
We are a small local business and specialise in supplying wildflower seeds which are species of native British origin or which have been naturalised for many years in Britain. We also sell vegetable seeds.
We offer an extensive range of quality wild flower seeds, including seed collections and meadow mixes and we dispatch to anywhere in the UK.
All of our wildflower seed stocks have been produced from cultivated stock in Britain and are not taken from the wild. We do not import seeds.
Postage is free on all seed orders no matter how large or small. 

Packaging:
In 2024 we set out to convert all our packaging to 100% recyclable by 2026. At the time, we were at about the 70% mark. As of now, 2025, we have already reached a level of 99% and we hope to convert all our existing packaging to 100% recyclable by the end of the year. We are limiting the amount of single use plastics in our business and we are currently in the process of converting more and more of our packaging to recyclable options. Our outer seed packets are non pictorial and are made from simple plain manilla/brown or white paper and are not printed with coloured dyes/inks. They are environmentally friendly and can be recycled. Our inner packaging which contain the actual seeds are made of glassine envelopes, which are again recyclable. Larger seed mixes are currently packed in grip seal bags but this will change shortly to a recyclable bag also. Most of our outer postal packaging is made from recycled paper/card. We do not use any aluminium in our packaging products.

Online Shopping:
We accept orders through our online shopping facility, telephone orders have been paused due to the current pandemic. We have the facilities to receive payments via Paypal through our online shopping cart.  You don't need to have a Paypal Account to use Paypal as they will accept all major credit cards.  Paypal is secure and easy to use.  If you require larger quantities, please email:  contact@wildgardenseeds.co.uk  for a quotation.  

Delivery:
All orders are individually assembled and dispatched between Monday-Friday with a dispatch estimate of up to 5 working days after payment has been received, however, we are experiencing a higher than usual demand at the moment and there may be a delay in dispatching your order of up to 10 working days. 

We deliver within the United Kingdom only, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the EU or internationally.

Orders are usually dispatched via one of the following couriers (depending on the weight of the order): Royal Mail, DHL, My Hermes, DPD, DX, Yodel or Parcelforce.

Use of "Cookies" on your computer.  'Cookies' are small pieces of data which are stored for you on your computer by your web browser.  They're used to improve your online experience by almost every website, including the Wild Garden Seeds website. Privacy Policy:  
We do not store or pass on your payment details or address information to third parties in anyway whatsoever. When an order is placed, we only use your payment information and address supplied to dispatch your goods and to advise you of delivery. Paypal will store a cookie on your computer to create the payment process. We do not sell or distribute your details to any other company or organisation under any circumstances ensuring your complete privacy.

VAT:
We are a small local business and therefore we are not VAT registered. You are NOT charged VAT on any seed purchase from us whatsoever.

Individual Seed Packets, Seed Collections & Meadow Mixtures:  
We supply various seed mixes, each of which contains the specific species listed on the website included in each mix. On some rare occasions the mix may vary very slightly with the odd additional wild flower species added or removed. However, as a rule of thumb, the mix contents are very accurate and where possible we include more seeds than is stated on our website. 

Seed Germination:
All of our seeds leave the nursery in prime condition and provided the seeds are sown and cared for as described in our planting instructions, they will soon germinate and thrive. We cannot be held responsible for any problems with subsequent performance of seeds or plants as we have no control over unsuitable sowing/planting, subsequent care, neglect, adverse weather conditions etc.

Loss, Damage or Dissatisfaction:
Please notify us immediately on receipt in the event of any damage, loss or if you are dissatisfied in any way with our products or service.  If you are requesting replacements or a refund, please return the items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.  
Our liability is limited to the replacement of items or a refund of the price paid. We will not refund postage or delivery charges. 

Returns Policy:
We will accept returns of non-perishable items for exchange or a refund as long as the items are returned to us in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt with a reason for the return and a telephone number in case of query. If you return all or part of your order we will not refund the delivery charge as this part of our service to you has been completed.
